Professional Development Training is an excellent way to ensure that staff throughout your organisation are applying a the most effective, standardised, and proven, method of workplace management and leadership. It establishes the foundations for a positive culture and the essential tools to produce elite performance, both from those who attend the training, as well as any employees they manage.
The Master Class Program is a specialised program designed to grow the talents and capabilities of high performing executives and associates. This program takes a small group of select individuals through an advanced program of professional development. Presented in an informal open group Lecture and Q & A format this program teaches the participants how to get the best out of themselves and their people as they build highly effective teams and grow into influential leaders.The program is designed to run over a either a 6 month or 12 month period with 10 - 20 sessions of 2 hours each. During these sessions the participants will be provided with evidence based frameworks and practical strategies that support personal and interpersonal effectiveness. Whilst some organisations offer short duration intensive courses with similar goals, we have found that running the course in this fashion allows the candidates to apply techniques incrementally and to track and discuss the results they achieve. It also allows the material to be adapted to reflect any unique workplace environment which may be encountered. Short duration, multiple classes set over a longer period ensures the greatest possible learning and retention.
